These Terms govern use of the PlayPop website and purchases made through it. PlayPop is operated by Chengdu Haimo Future Trading Co., Ltd. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Toy Safety & Product Information page.

Eligibility

The website purchasing service is intended for adults and people who have reached the age of majority in their location. A purchase for a child must be made and supervised by a responsible adult.

Products and Safety Information

We aim to present product descriptions, images, variations, materials, dimensions, pack contents, battery information and safety guidance accurately. Minor colour or appearance differences may occur because of screens, lighting or manufacturing batches.

Suitability varies by product. Customers must review the product page, selected variation, age guidance, instructions, packaging and warnings. Products containing small parts, batteries or electronic components may require adult supervision. Stop using any product that appears damaged or unsafe.

No statement on the website replaces product-specific instructions or mandatory consumer rights. Stress-relief or tactile products are not medical devices and are not offered to diagnose, treat or cure a health condition.

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order because of stock, payment, pricing, fraud, address, shipping restrictions, product-safety concerns or other legitimate reasons. If we cancel after payment, the amount paid will be refunded.

Prices, Currency, Taxes and Payment

Prices and available currencies are shown through the store’s market and checkout settings. Taxes, shipping and other charges are shown where applicable before payment. Customers must provide accurate billing and payment information and be authorised to use the selected payment method.

Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Shipping is governed by /policies/shipping-policy. Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by /policies/refund-policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Product Availability and Errors

Products, variations, prices and availability may change. We may correct genuine errors and contact affected customers before fulfilment. We will not substitute a materially different product without consent.

Accounts and Store Security

If accounts are available, customers are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality and for activity under their account. Notify us if unauthorised use is suspected. Do not interfere with store security, introduce malicious code, scrape the service unlawfully or use it for fraud or illegal activity.

Intellectual Property

The PlayPop name, site design, original text, graphics and other content owned or licensed by us are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. They may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without permission, except as law allows.

Third-Party Services and Links

The store may rely on Shopify, payment providers, carriers and other services, or link to third-party websites. Third-party services have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for unrelated third-party content or conduct, but this does not remove responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

Customer Content

If reviews, photographs or other submissions are enabled, you must own or have permission to submit them, and they must not be unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing. We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary. We will not claim ownership of your personal content, but you grant the permissions reasonably needed to display or use an approved submission for the feature for which it was provided.

Disclaimer and Liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access. Products must be used according to their instructions and warnings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or that result from misuse, unauthorised modification, failure to follow warnings or events outside reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, mandatory product liability, or any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, a user is responsible for losses caused by their unlawful misuse of the website, infringement of third-party rights or deliberate violation of these Terms. This does not apply where prohibited by consumer law.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator and transaction, including mandatory consumer protections in the customer’s place of residence. Nothing in these Terms deprives UK or US consumers of non-waivable local rights.

Changes and Severability

We may update these Terms prospectively. The current version and date will be posted here. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision once is not a permanent waiver.
